cell group

Group 2.png

Cell groups (CG) are small gender-based groups who journey together during each semester of school. We often break the word, do lectio divina, share, and pray for each other. When the going gets tough (and trust us, it will!), it is so important to have a group of brothers and sisters to support you through your struggles, and carry you to Christ! CGs are held once every week, day and time depending on when your CG mates can make it!

Read Vanetta's testimony about CG below.

Entering cell group for the first time in CSA last year, I really did not know what to expect from CG sessions at all and was perhaps a little anxious. Looking back, I am glad that I continued with CG despite my initial uncertainties by God's grace. In the hustle and bustle of school, CG sessions were a huge blessing that gave me the space to slow down and listen to God's voice. In my weariness, Lectio Divina sessions have also helped me to be nourished by the Living Word again. Without a doubt, CG has helped me to grow in my relationship with God. Through CG I have also been blessed with kingdom friendships who I can be vulnerable with to share my joys and struggles. Thank you Jesus for the gift of CG in my university life!
